The manufacture of bespoke channel letters combines a face, sides, a back and, for a lit version, front LED lighting or halo/backlighting. Each element contributes to the appearance and to installation preparation.
Day and night views, assembled, exploded and open: examine the parts, then activate “LEDs & power supply” to read the routing of the connections and the layout of the modules. The channel letters are shown without an apparent border. The models explain the principles; the manufacturing characteristics are defined for each project.

01 / Installation support
Façade to be identified: type, condition, insulation, rear access and openings. Installation is studied on the actual support.
02 / Fixings / stand-offs

It carries the LEDs and closes the back. Material and thickness to be specified.
04 / LED modules
Modules on the base. Distribution according to the layout and depth; voltage, colour and power to be specified.
05 / Hollow edges
Chants en tôle aluminium pliée et thermolaquée, épaisseur 1,5 mm. Profondeur et assemblage selon le projet. Matière choisie : à préciser.
06 / Removable diffusing face
3 mm light-diffusing PMMA face, with no visible trim. Internal retention and maintenance access to be specified.
07 / LED power supply / transformer
Power supply positioned behind the letter, within its outline. Access, protection, ventilation and rear housing depend on the mounting arrangement.
08 / LED connections (+ / −)
The routing of the two conductors follows the modules. The connections are shown for the purpose of understanding the principle; sections, protection and connections are defined in the technical file.
The exploded view separates the face to show the hollow volume, the LEDs and the electrical routing. Finish without visible edging; the face is held in place by an internal system to be defined.

Face
Opaque or diffusing depending on the lighting method. Material and colour to be defined.
Sides
Material, depth, appearance and colour to be specified according to the visual.
Back
Construction and cable routes to be planned according to the mounting.
Lighting
Front-lit, halo/backlit or combined: the construction must match the required finish.

Direct installation, stand-offs or intermediate support to be assessed according to the façade.
