A clear scope of supply
Materials, finishes, lighting, assembly, documents supplied and services required are to be specified in the quotation in order to compare the offers on a common basis.

You remain your client’s commercial contact. Exchanges and any interventions with them are organised with your company.
Delivery preparation
Destination, packed dimensions, access and unloading means must be anticipated. Direct delivery and packaging without commercial identification can be considered on request.
Project follow-up
For a post-delivery query or a service request, your project reference allows the relevant information to be gathered. Handling is assessed according to the fault, the quotation and the applicable conditions.
