of construction
The manufacture of bespoke channel letters combines a face, sides, a back and, for a lit version, front LED lighting or halo/backlighting. Each element contributes to the appearance and to installation preparation.

Explore assembled, exploded and cutaway views. For illuminated models only, LEDs & power supply shows the modules and wiring. This control is disabled for non-illuminated versions. Manufacturing specifications are defined for each project.

The exploded view separates the face to show the hollow volume, the LEDs and the electrical routing. Finish without visible edging; the face is held in place by an internal system to be defined.

Which dimensions should be sent?
The total length and height, then the letter height if known. Also indicate accents, symbols and any other logo elements.
Can we choose a gold or black finish?
Specify the desired finish, ideally with a reference or a sample. The material, treatment and finish selected are specified in the quote.
Why provide a façade photo?
It helps identify the support, the environment and the points to be considered for fixing and the lighting effect.
Is the price calculated solely per letter?
The quotation depends in particular on the design, dimensions, materials, lighting, finish and installation. The complete graphic is required.

Channel letters manufacturer for sign makers
To prepare your sign, compare the construction of the volume, light diffusion and mounting. Each letter is assessed from your logo and its proportions.
Illuminated letters without returns
A sign without a trim strip has a face without an applied border on the front. Please specify this finish in your request; the construction and holding of the PMMA face are validated according to the dimensions.
Prismatic letters and LED blocks
Prismatic letters with a chamfered face create a faceted relief. LED block letters in PMMA use machined material and diffusion zones defined by the construction. These models correspond to distinct catalogue solutions.
Finishes and lighting
Front lighting, halo backlighting or non-illuminated version: please specify the expected finish and shade. For a RAL coating on aluminium edges, please state the reference and finish to be confirmed in the quotation.
