Folded tray panel + channel letters
Sheet metal face with applied channel letters. Front illumination of the letters; a non-illuminated version can be considered.
Luminous or non-luminous variant depending on the project.
Box to box cabinets, illuminated or not, with diffusing face, applied channel letters or through-illumination PMMA depending on the project.
The sign box, illuminated or non-illuminated, is built box to box: a back with returns and a fitted front box, carrying the graphic or applied elements. Lighting depends on the version. Access to the internal elements is planned from the design stage.
Choose a sub-family, then the exact product. Then open its mounting submenu to display its assembled 3D plan: at night for lit or backlit products, by day for products without lighting. Then add your selection to the basket or return to the families menu.

Interlocking, closing and expansion.
Internal lighting behind a diffusing face, with access to the components.
Diffusion, depth and maintenance access.
Opaque front face with light directed towards the façade, with an offset allowing for the halo.
Rear of the cabinet, light and support finish.
Front lighting and backlighting studied separately within the same assembly.
Double diffusion, access and power supply.
A peripheral separation highlights the volume and may allow the light to show through.
Hollow joint, light path and drainage.
box to box construction with applied boxes, lit or opaque faces.
Fixing of the letters and cable entry.
Diffusing back panel and applied boxes, with independent lighting or no lighting.
PMMA retention and fixing of the boxes.
Cutting the graphic in the sheet metal and placing PMMA behind it to diffuse or create contrast.
Cutting, bonding and internal access.
PMMA insert fitted into the cut-out to achieve a face flush with the sheet metal.
Tolerances, retention and flatness.
The PMMA passes through the cut-out and extends 5 mm in front of the outer face of the sheet metal.
5 mm projection, rear connection and maintenance.
Textile printed face held by a tension system adapted to the construction.
Tension, graphic replacement and use.
Flexible tensioned face for a large-format visual, illuminated or non-illuminated.
Tension, splitting, transport and maintenance.
Day and night views, assembled, exploded and open: examine the parts, then activate “LEDs & power supply” to read the routing of the connections and the layout of the modules. The channel letters are shown without an apparent border. The models explain the principles; the manufacturing characteristics are defined for each project.
Select Day or Night to identify the lit areas. Indicative rendering; intensity and colour to be defined. Rotate the model using the control or by dragging it with the mouse. Tap a number or a component in the legend: only one link appears and the part is highlighted.
Its function and the technical points to be specified will appear here.
box to box construction: back with returns and fitted front cover. The overlap, assembly gap and locking are defined for the project.
| Reference / component | Function and characteristics |
|---|---|
| 01 / Facade support | Nature and strength of the substrate to be assessed. The illustrated mounting is a principle. |
| 02 / Installation fixings | Anchoring references to the frame. Number, dimensions and substrate compatibility to be reviewed. |
| 03 / Rear box / back with returns | First part of the box to box: backing with returns, carrying the fixings and components. Overlap, clearances and thicknesses to be defined. |
| 04 / LED layout | Indicative distribution. Density, optics and distance to the face to be assessed for diffusion. |
| 05 / Front box / snap-fit cover | Second part of the box to box: clipped return cap on the back panel. Retention and maintenance access to be specified. |
| 06 / Diffusing face | Rigid face shown. Material, thickness, print and removability to be defined. |
| 07 / Face retention | Example of retention edge: opening frame, glazing bead or another system to be defined. |
| 08 / LED power supply / transformer | Box, access and ventilation to be provided. Mains input and output to the LEDs marked separately; model and specifications to be defined for the project. |
| 09 / LED connections (+ / −) | The routing of the two conductors follows the modules. The connections are shown for the purpose of understanding the principle; sections, protection and connections are defined in the technical file. |

| Face | Rigid face, fabric, folded tray panel, diffusing PMMA, applied channel letters or through-letter PMMA according to the construction. |
| Visual | Logo, colours, print or lettering: files and desired finish to be specified. |
| Lighting | Layout of the light sources and diffusion to be studied with the depth and the visual. |
| Layout | On the façade, as a projecting sign or in another configuration: specify the location. |
| Maintenance | Opening, possible removal of the face and access to the power supply to be planned. |
Desired width, height and depth, as well as the available space on the façade.
This requirement must be stated at the outset in order to select a suitable construction and access.
The vector logo and, for a printed graphic, the graphic file with its dimensions and colour references.
Please specify the location of the existing or planned power supply. The connection and its scope are to be defined for the project.
To compare quotations on the same basis, please have these elements specified in your request.
| Documents | Proof, validated dimensions, marking-out and any installation template. |
|---|---|
| Assembly | Fixings, stand-offs or mounting rails, quantity and compatibility with the support. |
| Electrical | For illuminated versions: LED, power supply, cabling and scope of connection. |
